How the Program Works
Find Your Perfect Mentor Match
The Security Leaders Mentoring Program is designed to be flexible, intuitive, and impactful. ASIS members are invited to join as a mentor, mentee—or both—based on their goals and experience.
Once you’ve created a profile, you’ll gain access to a searchable online directory of mentors. Browse by expertise, interests, or career path, and connect directly with professionals who can help guide your journey. Each mentorship relationship is encouraged to last at least six months, allowing time to build trust, set goals, and achieve real progress.
The program is currently open to new mentors and mentees—now’s the perfect time to get involved.
